​At the end of the session I will do a quick assessment about your capacity to integrate what we have worked on. Although the healing occurs during our time together, integration after our session usually takes longer.

Please take some time to think about the supportive practices that you may wish to include as a part of your integration period. Refer to FAQ for more information on integration.
