What a Session will look like
We begin by discussing your current life circumstances to find access to transforming you and your life overall.
We all respond to the circumstances of our lives from the lessons we have learned from our past. It is important to acknowledge that this may not work well in our present. Frustratingly, this reality doesn't stop our Field (the sum total of who we are) from dreaming and responding as if we are still in the past.
The healing happens when I use my knowledge, pattern recognition and openness to spiritual guidance to recognize what is keeping your field stuck in past responses to past circumstances. And then I bring awareness (far more precious than gold!) and enable your field to wake from this dream and allow you to respond to your present life with more freedom and skill.

This work is deeply transformative because we are able to address the root causes of the issues in your life.

At the end of the session I will do a quick assessment about your capacity to integrate what we have worked on. Although the healing occurs during our time together, integration after our session usually takes longer.
